MSI will detect my dragon axe that I cannot equip to be a iron axe that is equipped. How can I make it so it will bank chopped logs manually instead of clicking the deposit all button so that it doesn't deposit my dragon axe every trip.

I moved the thread for you, and it would greatly help if you posted the progress report, as there is numerous of things that could cause this problem.
It shouldn't bank your axe, but if you want to you can add the slot number of your axe in the Exceptions array:

Did you have an item equipped when the error occurred? Some things have a similar shape and therefor the DTM's get mixed up.

Any word on this?
