im creating a banking function using blacklists here, and im pretty sure the black out line is now 65536 instead of 131072

It's 131072 for me (In game)

Isn't 131072 with 1 tolerance in range of 65536?

rule one, always test colours in SMART - thats basically the only way to get safe mode - then check all graphics are minimum, and size on fixed, if its not right then, we have an issue.

Didn't rs colors update a while ago?

I'm pretty sure I didn't have it in safe mode, i just changed a few things in the setup and it was fine, I also loaded smart and the current srl_outline_black is fine

You get to safe mode by holding "s" while runescape is loading. Its not that difficult.
