You're not the problem, but they're having problems…

Because all other people (which I know) with bots don't have this problem

If you're having trouble with RSBot, use powerbot.org to get help, because they'll probably know a lot more since it's their bot.

I know, and I would try that if their site wasn't down. :(

Ah OK. Sorry, I didn't realise. That's probably the reason you're having the problem though; their servers are down.

When powerbot.org is down, it's unable to download the information it needs.
However, if you're just having the problem while powerbot is up, and you have you firewall disabled, there is another way to fix it.

Once powerbot is back up, try again and get back to us.

That someone is Timer who got banned here like 2 months ago.

Rsbot loads the hooks from their server, like said above, so when the server is down, rsbot is down. (If your starting up the client while the server is down)
