Not using reflection

May someone commit the following, thanks.

This code just makes it so you can comment smart and reflection.


  if DEBUG_SMART then
    SmartSetDebug(True);

to
{$IFDEF SRL_SMART}
  if DEBUG_SMART then
    SmartSetDebug(True);
  {$ENDIF}

In mainloop.simba.

That won't get rid of SMART, nor Reflection. That will just do SMART debugging if DEBUG_SMART is enabled and being used.

I ment to say, if you comment out smart and reflection, it will give you an error, this fixes it :)
