on consoles you cant react as fast as a mouse can, so they add a small auto aim

on pc, i can be 3 feet away from someone and a no scope wont hit them. If it did hit them, it certainly wouldn't kill them unless i got an amazingly lucky headshot or if they were already wounded. From like, fifty yards off like you were doing? never.

why not quickscoping? I am master at all forms of sniping on mw2, and i can ofc quickscope easily enough.

well its just that you zoom in and out with the right click. that just seems weird. idk its probably just because i havent tryed it :P

Totally this.
Then my friend came to my house tried MW2 for like 5 minutes and had like 3 noscope …. After I played 100+ hour with 1 noscope.(I am != bad player)(happened a year ago maybe)

Microsoft had a project going that would allow PC gamers to play simultaneously with Xbox gamers. They nipped it when they found out that xbox gamers would lose to pc gamers _every_ time, simply because they mouse allows you to be more accurate, faster.
