Ive been out of runescape for a pretty long time, but im starting to play again.
I have an old lvl 3 with 5mill I used to macro woodcutting on, and my lvl 75 main with no cash at all.
Are there any ways to transfer cash? Seems everything is blocked.

Most transfer methods are kept secret so Jagex doesn't block the method.

I found a way that may be feasible. It passed phase 1 of the testing, but there was a bit of a flaw in there that I didn't account for. I can work around it, but I need to wait until I can get two computers side by side to test the new method. From there, if it works I may offer a potentially free service (or 5-10% charge for large amount of cash) to members here.
Of course I need to make it fool proof first. In addition, it may not even be feasible for me to do it with large sums of money outside my own household :(

I think most of the transfer methods are p2p anyway. You could try picking up white berries or blue dragon scales and trading them to your pure. And then dropping on your pure.
Actually 2 persons or a dropping script is required for that method.
