I want to use TileOnMS to check for a ladder. What would I put for height? Is that what floor I'm on? I'm on the main level.

Also:

When I use the ladder to go down, I want to check if I'm on the floor below. How would I do that?

In short: What is the name of what floor your on?

Hopefully someone will understand what I'm saying.

Height AFAIK is based around how high in what I think is pixels? I'm probably wrong here

What I always do is use height = 0, though there are probably better ways to use height. I personally like 0 since it just works for me.

If you go down a ladder, check your tiles. They may either increase in the Y direction by 1000 (then get your character tile and check if MyTile.Y > 8000 for example), or there is a GetFloorPlane function somewhere… it will return what floor you're on (best for going up, not down). 0 is base of the world, 1 is the next level, 2 is above that…etc

For dungeons and stuff, just check how dramatic the tile change is :)

EDIT:
{*******************************************************************************
function GetPlaneIndex : Integer;
By: lordsaturn
Description: Returns loaded plane index
*******************************************************************************}
function GetPlaneIndex : Integer;
begin
Result := SmartGetFieldInt(0,hook_static_LoadedPlane);
end;

Thats the code name you can use (already defined :))

Tile height of 8 would mean click on the ground. Tile height of 15 would click one of the first steps of a ladder, I'd believe
