There are numerous ways to go about doing this. You could use countcolor on the Black outline, Also known as black list. DTMs and Bitmaps works as well. Tpas if your looking to get a little complex. With any of them all you have to do is cycle through the inventory slots using your chosen search method. If the Item is found do your action and continue searching until the last slot is reached.

Thanks for your help BraK but im trying to do it with Reflection which is why its posted in Reflection help, but thanks for you help anyway
