I don't think much has changed .. Simba for the most part (as far as function is concerned) is the same as SCAR, and reflection is still around.

Both reflection and bcel(or any injection) are easily detectable. People don't get banned from the actual use of either, just the misuse of them. Bad methods, overused/not human methods, etc.
