Do you enable SMART Debugging? If so, try disabling it, that may get rid of the lag.

Is it always laggy? Or does it seem to get laggier the longer it runs? There must be something else going on because it shouldn't cause lag, even on a low performance PC.

its only laggy when its shows multiple lines of MSI_FindObjectsTPA: or when it prints multiple lines into the debug box

i setup to cut oaks in varrock
i have enabled debug to get a log here is a log from today
file was too big to attach so i used pastebin

-Edit-

It only spams the MSI_FindObjectsTPA when it left clicks a tree right click is ok

I can't seem to recreate the problem. Does this still happen? Does it happen often?

Since no one else has reported this, and you haven't replied, I'm marking it as resolved.
