And so I find myself again in that lifestyle of the single man. And everyday I feel this quote is more true. I go out, meet women, play around, enjoy myself, but the end of the day comes and I find that I've been walking down a path unknown to me, as I have not quite chosen it. Which girl shall I invite? What do I want from her? (oh, I guess I'll just find out)

And so I've gone to the extreme. I've invited all of them to a party on friday. I don't think I even want any of them, but it'll be fun to see who's the winner from the bitch fights.

Is anyone else wandering aimlessly ?

Been doing same shit for a year, but I personally don't want to get into another relationship cause every single one of them ends with the girl being broken hearted and going psychotic, kind of annoying, but I think it has something to do with my narcissism.

They all seem to go ape-shit at the end, and I don't end up choosing properly either. My lust senses dictate my choice at the worst times and just screw me over :(

You, sir, are not wandering aimlessly. You have subconscious reasoning for what you do. Your evolutionary goal in life is to survive and pass on your DNA. The reason monogamy is prominent and much more acceptable is actually because monogamy benefits males, while polygamy benefits females (a bit backwards from what people think). This is because men have a much better chance at passing on their DNA if they are the only one the woman is with. Polygamy benefits females because they can be taken care of much better than if they were in a monogamous relationship. For you to be single and do things with women makes perfect sense and is very natural. The reason that life isn't always like this is because women look for altruism and the ability to care for offspring in a man, so men try to be those things.

Hope that makes sense, although you weren't looking for an answer as to why you do what you do, nor will you care, most likely, but it's interesting.

Psychologically and evolutionarily, I disagree (to some extent). However, being altruistic and showing them that you care has the purpose of having offspring, so, ultimately, males having sex with women is the goal of men doing anything, really.

I remember a year ago I was into a lot of girls. Just like knowing them, getting really close to doing it, and then ditch and go on to the next.

Well, one, we are animals. If you think otherwise then you should l2biology.

Second of all, I don't just have sex or anything. I don't cheat, I don't talk to other women about sex, and I care very much for the girls who I've been with, long after I leave them. Even if we never did anything more than talk, I care for them. I mentioned altruism, which applies to this. A girl seeing you being polite makes them think (not usually consciously) that you're caring, which is very important in a father. Wealth is also important, which is why older men with younger women is much more common than vice versa (men are attracted to health and youth, as well, which is another factor).

Altruism, friendships (for meeting more people/women/etc.). Two things I can think of.

But, this is not the place to talk about this. Make a new thread if you want to discuss this (I'd like to :3). These are not my ideas or teenage rebellious trends or anything like that. I've simply been learning this from sociology, psychology, and social anthropology. I've only barely touched on the subject, so it may seem a little harsh. I'll probably end up explaining in detail, and maybe it'll be more clear what I mean. Kingarabian, I'm not trying to change your views or anything; it's awesome that you are faithful to your beliefs. Honest. Not many people today do that. I'm simply saying that this is how the world works, according to sociology, psychology, and social anthropology (and I don't know everything about it. I'm merely 16 years of age, and this is what I've learned thus far in my short, naive, pointless life).
