I don't know if other people have encountered this, but simba has been glitching up and stopping me from working properly. it works fine but after a while an error pops up, any time I try and open a popup window (ie CTRL+O opens the Open File popup windows).

Simba
Acess Violation.

Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption
Press Cancel to kill the program.

I do get this error sometimes, but only when I'm doing bad stuff to Simba that I shouldn't be doing…
It's weird you get it when you get popups…

Are you using the latest Simba? (715 or 750)

I always check for updates using simba's updater, do I need to check outside of simba?

No, that should be fine. So you get the access violations? Does the Simba cmd tell you anything?

750 is the "unstable" version. (It's the next version once it's all checked out to have no bugs and everything.) 715 is fine for practical use right now.

Relating to the error, I'm not sure why that would happen.. OS? Running as Admin? Fi(l|r)ewall settings correct?

hmm….I may not be running as admin…

just got the error, console says….

TApplication.HandleException Access violation
Stack trace:
$0051CBBB
$00d1CCAD (followed by about a dozen more of those…which i cant be bothered writing out..)

i will now try running as admin, and if the error persists i will notify you guys…

What OS are you using, and are your file/firewall settings correct?
