It's against Valve's ToS. But then again, so is selling RS accounts against Jagex's ToS…

Might be cool I guess. Just I would never buy it, because getting VAC banned is terrible, so I would never risk it.

I love valve too much to do this, but that's just me.

I hate Jagex tho which doesn't matter in this case.

Valve actually do stuff about it however, so I'd be careful. Especially selling to a stranger.

You don't risk a VAC ban from buying an account, do you? I've bought several steam accs and I've yet to experience a VAC ban from it.

Pfft, this is a RuneScape market, not eBay/sythe..
Only if you provide *all* information about how you got it and such, because steam accs are fishy business compared to rs accounts.

I know. I am saying most people who would want to sell their Steam account either:
1) Cheated on it,
or
2) Is stolen.

I would never trust an account anyone else has used, nor would I let anyone use mine.
