Before I start, you are guaranteed to get a prize!

Click on "Enter to win" or whatever it says.
When it asks for your platform, press Xbox. (I'm not sure what you get for PS3)
In the middle where it asks where you brought BO, press 'Online.'
Enter this code: 4100609193142103
Fill in the details. You'll need to enter a real email.
Once you've done that, press 'Enter to win'.
You're guaranteed to get something; I got 1 month XBL Gold on my first try.
You can get backgrounds, 100 MSP, 1600 MSP, 1 month XBL, 12 months XBL, or a couple for TGI Friday. Of course, more expensive prizes are rarer.
Keep on trying if you keep get something you don't want.
