(I'm Timer, making one last statement before I leave for good.)

It's true, my attitude was really shitty, and I just bashed Simba. I received what I knew would come–a ban. After I was unbanned, my friends pleaded with me not to bash Simba. I agreeded without a second thought, because I was told something that really changed me (hypothetically); I was told that I represented Freddy, and my actions reflected upon him.

Since I was unbanned, I was attempting to be helpful around the forums. And I was, I was helpful and polite, at no point did I flame anyone. I really tried to be helpful and relaxed. (See #1)

Shortly after I was unbanned, Ice and I were working on some project (as usual); the project was a reflection debugger. Simba lacked the required functions to successfully complete this project, as I told Ice many times. I set out to then create it in SCAR, and Ice was completely cool with that. As Ice worked on perfecticng his form, I worked on the SCAR version. Shorly after he finished, I also finished my work. (The idea was to combine his form with my debugger after he gave up Simba) I was testing the debugger and I thought it was really nifty. I posted some example pictures on SRL and went to sleep shortly after answering some responces. I was simply showing SRL a preview of what Ice and I were going to release. I got home from school, did some chores, then went on it finish the project and release it. I proceeded to check the thread for more responces and answer questions, but I found that I was banned. Naturally, I logged out and viewed the thread. *I was honestly stunned… the thread was flamed, and for what reason? (And I got banned? [lol])

I continued reading the thread, and I found Wizzup?'s reasoning for the ban. He first stated that the first ban was not permanent because EvilChicken! (EvilChicken, I thank you with all my heart. You have my deepest thanks. I tried to make you proud! But something happened.. :[ Keep reading~) pleaded I was not banned permanently, so the Staff agreeded. When I was unbanned, it would be my second chance, and I better make the best of it! (Which is what I attemped). Wizzup? stated some false things, in which I did not completely agree with them (See #2). Furthermore, he stated that the permanent ban was because of my attitude and actions, and he permanently banned me. As far as I know, I did nothing in a bad attitude. Since I was back, I was only helpful and polite (See #1). With that, Wizzup? provided no valid reason for my banning, except, "He deserved it months ago.". What was the point of my second chance..? What did I do wrong..? If any, I would like you to provide valid reasons as to why I was banned (you don't have to). But, as many others and I agree, we see no REAL reason for my ban.

They were IRL friends that did what they did at their own will, there is no proof otherwise.

I can't say why you were really banned, but if you sent harsh messages to the admins… it's almost like creating a permanent death hammer.
I would NOT want to get on Wizzup's bad side (plus he's a great guy! :), no reason to) or any admin that is active for that matter. Unfortunately what I learned from experience in game servers outside of this community is: if you piss off an admin– it is they're server and they can do whatever they want.

Plus I know they take swearing here seriously ;)
(I got an infraction for saying the f-word once)

Secondly, I'm not playing I didn't do wrong, I didn't do wrong–period.
That was ALL before the FIRST ban. It had no reation to this ban.

It's funny, I remember we made a forum and a private server together. Back then you were alright.

I've been holding my opinion until now, but I want to say something about this before it's too late, since I have a feeling this thread is going to be closed before I wake up in the morning.

The first time Timer was banned and received his Mostly Harmless cup it was well deserved, and late at that. Intentionally pissing good people off is not something my friends or my self condone.

He was banned a little over a month ago for a month for his actions, which I thought was fair. He came back a few days ago, until yesterday he did absolutely nothing that could even be considered offensive unless you are an overly sensitive looney.

Then yesterday he made this post http://villavu.com/forum/showpost.php?p=740938&postcount=1 , my question to you is, was this really that annoying? I've seen some pretty spiteful threads posted before on SRL anti-religion, pro-pedophile, anti-American, things that would make me annoyed to look at especially considering they have nothing to do with this site or SRL, I simply click the back button on my browser and not let it bother me.

Anyways, look at his following posts in the thread, he's having a meaningful conversation with method. Then you have a person who's been permanently banned for hacking accounts comment on his thread with negative responses none of which he retaliated to.

I'm not here to argue and say what the staff did was wrong or that what Timer did was right. I'm not here to demand anything be reversed- this is between Timer and the people that banned him.

But before you pass judgment on someone else, I want you to consider what happens to you when your in this position. If all the staff needs is a disliking towards you to get rid of you, then whats to stop them from removing you next?

First they came for the Jews and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew.

I like to think of SRL as more than just a forum, because it is. The people that come to this forum make it more than a forum. Anyone who can do what they want with out a reason without anyone to oppose them can, because you let them.

More on direct topic though, it is technically possible that Timer is in fact lying about his IRL peers having accounts, but it doesn't really make any sense because if he did indeed do it, to protect himself, like your reasoning for him doing it says he did, then why would he go and purposely 'ruin' himself. Food for thought.

AGREED WITH THAT AND EVERYTHING ELSE YOU SAID. 100%. Nuff said. I dont think his recent thread he made warranted for a ban if he was banned because of it.

i'm glad a dev/mod/admin pulled their nose out of there behind and saw the truth. I really don't agree with Timer's ban, esp. when people who have leaked scripts from SSRL, hacked accounts on SRL-Forums, and been banned for other serious reasons have comeback and are now accepted back into the community 100%

I agree with the ban. Wasnt a bad post as such but was deliberately antagonistic and Wizzup took the bait because Timer already had been banned for behaviour like that. Timer needs to grow up, simply knowing how to annoy people by no means gives you the right to and it shows immaturity.

You're not thinking correctly, if you could stop going on the anti-wizzup campaign we could actually have a peacefully forum.
Timer got what he deserved, staff make the rules, and executes punishment.
If they don't want him around, and he needs to grow up, then that's what'll stand. NOT your opinion, NOT mine, but the staffs.

Ofc we could all debate forever, but instead of doing that, we should might consider about making this forum a good place, with a full-functional include.

You were banned because the staff all agreed that you should be banned. If you really don't know what you're banned for, then I can post some more details when I get back home. Obviously you're not banned for making a reflection debug thing without posting source.

First of all. The staff agreed on a ban. They didn't agree on ``giving you yet another chance''. Your attitude didn't change. It's still the same, bashing SRL and Simba. "Yeah, it's scar, so what?", etc. You know what we're talking about. Just so know, EvilChicken thinks you should be permed too. You didn't make him proud, you made him feel bad for not perming you right away.

Is not helpful at all, since you're stating false facts. Simba works with Ctrl+Alt+S too. It is in fact "bashing" or discrediting Simba. Perhaps you really didn't know, but I'll take my chances on that. Take a look at the source code and you'll see it calls the Windows API function to hook into global key events.

Timer, I didn't know an IRL friend was on your account to send Nava2 a PM with just "faggot" in it. (Or say that in a reported post/pm)

Proof? Proof of what? You shared IP addresses with all the offensive accounts and you just asked us to take your word for it? I think the proof should be coming from your side, rather. (And you have none, as illustrated months ago)
