What do you think?
Names are null because SmartStringFromString doesn't work in SCAR.
(Omg panic, it's in SCAR, not Simba?!!?)
:)

No Objects/No Players, just Inventory and NPCs:

Inventory (Green), Objects (Red), NPCs (Yellow), Players (White)

Simba lovers, run this:
program new;
begin
HakunaMatata;
end.

Yo bro, you were making it in Simba.
I was just said I would make it in SCAR for the lulz, and here are pictures for the lulz.

It's cause they're not "animating".

What caused SmartStringFromString to stop working in SCAR?

The "health" part of the display showing zero for the value leads me to believe you've just used the field that holds a ratio between a player or npc's current health and its maximum health for use with drawing the health bar. Having it display zero seems pretty pointless to me, especially when an npc or player isn't being damaged.

How do you handle the drawing of the "In Combat" text for npcs that can't be attacked but can still interact with players or other npcs?

The health part shows 0 because I'm just using HPRatio, which only updates when someone attacks the NPC.

You're so cool. So why post this but not some code?

Bonfield

timer never posts code, i suppose this is to show you what he is able to do

looks good any reason he is banned?

Im pretty sure he got banned for stealing IceFire's idea.

I can't find any other post's, that would get him banned.

Not to mention that his previous ban should have been permanent. EvilChicken was just (too) kind to ban him only for a month.

Timer had just this little chance to make it up and he didn't.

He didn't really steal my idea, for starters, it's not even my idea to begin with. More or less, that was a joke.

I find it kinda odd he is permanently because of his 'attitude' and not his behavior, I can't find anything in this thread or his posts in the last months that would be considered flaming. People in this thread (who have been perm banned for more serious reasons) are flaming him, and he hasn't responded, yet he is the one who is banned.

Seems kinda over the top, guys.

It wasn't his on-forum behavior that got him banned.

It's a combination of attitude and behaviour. The wrong attitude leads to bad behaviour. I don't think it's weird he is permanently banned at all. He should have been permanently banned months ago.
Also, who actually mentioned attitude in this thread? I think it was only mentioned in the moderators section.

It doesn't seem over the top to me at all, given his pompously stupid actions lately.

All I see honestly is a difficulty to accept other people (in this case Timer's) opinion about simba :p

Apart from that, a lot of his posts are hateful. He has sent very offensive PM's to some members. Using multiple accounts to flame while trying to keep his main account safe.

He has had plenty of warnings (amongst those one of Fakawi, EvilChicken, Nava2, me and others). He has had two previous bans. We've given him plenty of friendly reminders to abide the rules. If he chooses not to, that's his problem, not ours.

Enough is enough. I'm going to close this thread. If someone wants to discuss his or her implementation of Icefire918's idea (or just this idea) then he's free to make another thread for it.

Guys, can't you rather think of it like this: the staff wanted to permanently ban him, but decided to give him another chance. Had I not pleaded to only give him one month, he would most likely have been permanently banned back then.
