I was wondering if anyone had any experience setting up an account login authentication for whatever application/script you were making.

Completely new to this area, and was wondering if there were any free servers / websites capable of doing this (or if I would need to invest some money ), and basic footsteps of http or ftp connection to the said server/website with whatever language or application which you scripted for.

It's all similar so it really won't matter what language you used…

No one has any experience in this field?

well how would this work?

you have a account on the website and a list of all your rs accounts on there, then when you setup a script you can tell it which user to login to?

Nah, a website with a list of account names and passwords, and if the user has access he'd be able to use special privilages… such as running my script.

so it would be for scripts which have been sold?

Could be for anything, the code isn't gonna change no matter what's the use of it
