SRL is a library of functions and procedures that people can use in their scripts.
it makes script making MUCH easier and undetectable, and when a update comes along, SRL gets updated and most of the time the script does not
if it wasnt for SRL then there would be loads of scripts where people would use their own functions which would not be anywhere near as good as the ones in SRL, so therefore they will probably be able to be detected very easily

"less detectable"
yes, without SRL someone might use ClickMouse which takes less than 10 ms but with SRL they can use Mouse which takes between 200 and 400 ms which is more human like
that is just one example

I think to answer your question, when you see [SRL] it means the script is a colour script vs. a reflection script. :)
