Although, i'm pretty sure this is like a small town and probably like 5-10 nerdy kids doing this, so they made it a big deal haha to get readers, cause it sounds like BOGUS to me!

I don't think this is a joke or anything. I know people who do this in the suburbs of Oregon. I know people have to do it all around the country. We're not smart here, really.

The 16 year old said it nicely though. I agree with him. Hickey's are totally fine in my opinion. Blood being drawn is dangerous.
