Mk so first off here's my stats/equipment:

Full Rune (including scim/platebody)
Str ammy
50 att, 63 str, 50 defense
And i'm at minotaurs

I played by hand for 10 minutes, dedicated to playing (so constantly attacking/active), got 3276 xp, that's 22356 xp/hr…. which is essentially negligible.

So what am i doing? Bad spot? bad gear? PS i'm f2p (obviously)

Its completely normal in f2p. I had this kinda progress on my pure @ al kharid warriors.

You will max out at around 32k exp per hour in F2P.

I can already 1 hit minos so increased strength wouldn't do anything

change locations, minotaurs arent the best xp, try white nights

Giant Spiders in the stronghold are great!

At 90/90/90/90 a/d/s/hp, I get like 50k an hour at bandits. That is constant attacking with no breaks too, and I'm using guthans which is really strong. Training combat just sucks and is slow.

Why train there when you can make money and get more experience at other places…this is a problem with many rs players, they don't know how to maximize their time/money.

Bandits are outdated. Theres your problem. Armoured zombies are 80-100k a hour.

Problem is I have to physically sit at the computer and click in that case (unless there is a script).

The reason I script is so I can go outside and get levels ;)
I don't have the endurance to camp for 100k/hr (for +35 mil experience between the stats). That's almost 320 hours :O
At bandits, I turn on my script and I go away. I come back in 12 hours and I've gained 400k-500k experience a day. Slow, annoying, but all I can do. Lost my patience at lvl 82 att
