Do you like their cover of Swing? I don't like anything of their's besides that cover tbh. You have some other decent bands I guess. I wouldn't consider some of those "metal," though..

I installed foobar2k, honestly it was cool.. but I couldn't edit mp3 tags like I wanted to. I ended up downloading a mp3tag editor, now that I have windows 7 I just use window media player and iTunes.

Its all about Winamp and the G15 Keyboard mod :D

Can't complain when your keys are bumping to the music. :P

Used to use it for a good couple of years but then switched to Media Jukebox when I found it. Rather than making playlists or having to mess around updating your music library whenever you get new music, you're able to browse your hard drives from within the player, in the same style as when you go "explore mode" in windows (panel on the left showing folder heirarchies). When you click on a folder, all the files show up in the main playlist bit and you can then just play them with a click. You can also copy, delete, rename and move files and folders from within the player itself, play vids, open text files, etc. Is epic :)

This is my fb2k setup from 3 years ago:

And this is my current media player:

Took me weeks to get foobar to how I wanted it (even when starting off with someone else's theme and just tweaking and adding plugins), and even then I couldnt get it to automatically update the library. Media Jukebox was basically my foobar style with the extra features I wanted straight out of the box. :)

I used it on Windows approx 3 - 4 years ago. Then I wanted to try it on Linux but found out it was closed source for no apparent reason, so I was forced to use something else. Found something better though… MPD. :)

Hell yeah! I listen to their other stuff but it isn't too stellar. And yeah - Saver2 genre labeling fail.

True that, nothing compares to mp3tag when it comes to tagging!

Old school! Haha that's what I use as my work setup, too. Nice and light!

Pretty sweet, if that works for you. Personally, I could probably go that way as well, but it sounds like it'd limit your playlist/grouping options.

Yeahh. Quite a con, seeing as how much power the fb2k devs hold over the plugin devs.
