Is it possible to show who voted yes and who voted no in a members application?
I advanced searched to see if this conversation has been brought up in the past, so far I did not find it. If it has, does anyone have a link? Thank you in advance.
The reason I ask is I'd like to see what certain people vote. For example, in this application here, someone voted yes. If you check the script, it doesn't even meet SRL requirements. The guy has never posted, let alone made an RS script (based on his activity here only). I personally feel someone blindly voted yes to that application.

Pretty much none of those were met, but someone voted yes,

The last point talks about it being an SRL script. The one submitted in that thread I don't even think was for runescape, let alone even used the SRL include.
The person who submitted that script didn't even use SetupSRL;, so why would someone vote yes? To be objective, maybe his account was hijacked and didn't care what he submitted, but that still makes me wonder why someone would vote yes? Did they just scroll through it and see some text and voted yes?
Another one people may have noticed is when someone posts a big nice script, yet about 5-6 posts down someone says "does not compile", and then you see a lot of "I would like to reverse my vote". What I'm trying to get at is, I think that the vote should be valuable and not pissed away. I ask you: What if somehow a few renegade members get in, and start swaying bad applications towards 'yes' votes? Not that this would happen– nor do I want to breed paranoia (because the mods WOULD catch that, so no need to worry ;)) but hypothetically you could get freeloaders letting freeloaders in. It would be nice to see who voted what so maybe we can get a feel or a trend for who lets what in.
Likewise I don't want this topic to turn into a "increase the member requirements" because I believe it is not about that, but rather about people just giving out 'yes' votes like candy. It would be interesting if one could even tie a vote into a mandatory post– though I don't know if that's really possible.
This is what I would be afraid of for example:
*Note those were names off the top of my head in no chosen order and the yes members are random names I made up
So my question to you is: Do you think we should allow the voters on an application to be seen?
It would be along the lines of "put your money where your mouth is", and while I enjoy how fluid the SRL community is in supporting each other and how amazing this place is (!), it would be interesting to see if someone is just pressing yes for the sake of pressing yes. When I make my vote, I do the following:
- Look through the entire code
- Run it, preferably even test it if possible
- Look for ways for the person to improve
- Assess other facts [ex: attitude, willingness to learn]
And then after a solid structure of the applicant is decided in my eyes, I vote accordingly (unless its obvious)
Any flaws with my logic? Anything wrong here? I do not intend to invade your privacy, or would want anything else. All constructive criticism is always welcome for debate.

Based on this thread: Here
we are looking for the following types of people:
- People with good attitudes
- People who are willing to contribute
- People scripting with the SRL include
- People following SRL guidelines - Multiplayers, breaking out of potential infinite loops, Antirandoms, Antiban, good scripting standards etc.

Yes [6]: Snackbar55, Chewbacca89, X–I–X, darkMaul99231, xBigaboysx, BumDwarf87
No [5]: Coh3n, Rasta Magician, Hobbit, Nava, Naum
