Recently i noticed there havnt been many new scripts on villavu so i found powerbot
Havnt used but anyone used it and what do you think? Ty

simple and easy to setup, but much more detectable, it hacks the client whereas we do not

if your looking for a perticular script and you cant find it then request it and someone might make it

Yea you could say that. But right now MSI is owning. I suggest learning how to script or try out MSI.

So far it has:
Mining
Woodcutting
Fishing

It's not "REALLY" detectable. Thousands of people use it daily. You're fine.

I'm surprised nobody said this yet, but powerbot is rsbot. They had to change the name due to legal issues.

Yea it has a higher ban rate than SRL though.

Lets pretend left number = banned, right number = users


24/350 SRL (~7% banned)

1503/25050 Powerbot (~6% banned)

1503 is MUCH greater than 24 users, but your chances are actually less.

** I don't know any statistics, I made these up for the sake of a fun ;) argument ;)

It also does not solve randoms. I was in 3 randoms and it logged me out. When the system detects that you are logging out on random more and more, it will start to throw at you a shit load of randoms until they catch you and lay down the ban hammer.

It's very sad too. It's a Java bot and its easier to solve randoms in reflection/client hacking bots/ than it is in bots that use color.

Have you tried Runedev? I'm using it right now and it seems to solve randoms perfectly. I've had 8 in the past 5 hours and it's completed every single one of them perfectly thus far… though that is only this far.
I want to see it take on a maze or mordaut.

I really think Jagex has "soften" up there bans or there just going to do a ban wave. But most randoms are getting solved :)

I'm worried I will get my rear end hauled this time. I've evaded all other bans though, but I doubt this time I will.

I think i'll be fine. I've only been stuck in one random in the last week beacuse i usually watch my stuff run. but we'll see. :o

Well you probably don't care about that account I'm assuming. Getting caught in randoms is a risk toward your account. So when botting an account you adore and play on legitly every day its a different story…

What's funny is ever since I used Rsbot 1 1/2 years ago it solved nearly every single random… Dunno whats up now.

On a side note: I'm glad scripting activity has picked up again. I miss the good old days where I would spend an hour or so on the forums figuring out which script I should use since there was so many.

Edit: cstrike, I think Runedev is a Rsbot and Tribot ripp put together. But as long as it works right?

Yes, I agree. Used rs bot once got banned so i just haven't used it since.

Well, I think the main reason why alot of scripts aren't being released is because MSI is covering most of them. There is no longer no use for a Draynor cutter as its been added or a ve miner/banker. Pretty much the basic botting that most people want to do is being covered with MSI.

I do remeber those days too (4 years ago actually.) When the forums always were really active with scripting and everyone was trying to find new ways to make there script even 10x better.

But it has died down since then.

As far as I'm concerned, Runedev has mostly stolen code from RSBot and TRiBot.

Not that that matters to you, a consumer, but I don't like people who steal or lie about stuff that is hard work.

we are just as detectable if we use smart. hacking client or not.

EDIT: what is really kinda worrying me is that jagex came out and said how they can detect bots. they wouldnt have said that if it didnt benefit them…

i havnt been botting muich because of that. lol.

They have a;ways said that to attempt to scare people away from "botting", much like it did with you :P

And, g0tp0t, we are not just as detectable as Powerbot/any bot due to SMART. I'm a bit busy to explain right now, so hopefully someone else will.

Smart uses no http request(I can't remember when it's called/to lazy to look up). So if they actually look at the username they can ban it straight away.

We just read the client and reflect it into SMART…I think.
