TL;DR put an account in lumby graveyard with a name containing some red letters below and PM to RM.
So we need to update the NPC Charset, and whether we do this manually or with a script, we need to see every character in the dialog box, preferably in a position we can predict. One way we can do this, is go to an NPC that says the accounts name, and use the characters in the name.
So if you want to help out, please put an account in lumby graveyard around Xenia, using some of the needed characters below in when creating the account name, and donate it to SRL by sending the username and password to the current collector who is:

Does the "It's" start in the same place no matter how many characters the name is? Could a couple of people please get the coords of the very top left pixel of the "I", and post how that with how many characters your name has. If someone with a long name and someone with a short name get the same answer, then we will know where "It's" will start, and therefore where the name will start.
