Some bugs

ClickMouse doesn't move the mouse. Nor does HoldMouse or ReleaseMouse.

And SendKeys can't type any keys that require shift or ctrl and alt.

This is the fix I used with SendKeys:
procedure SendKeys2(S: String);
var
I: Integer;
begin
for I := 1 to High(S) do
begin
if Pos(S[I], 'ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZOÄÖ'+'!"#¤%&/()=?*:;_>½') > 0 then KeyDown(VK_SHIFT);
if Pos(S[I], '@£$€{[]}\µ|') > 0 then
begin
KeyDown(VK_CONTROL);
KeyDown(VK_MENU);
end;
WriteLn(IntToStr(I));
KeyDown(GetKeyCode(S[I]));
KeyUp(GetKeyCode(S[I]));
KeyUp(VK_SHIFT);
KeyUp(VK_CONTROL);
KeyUp(VK_MENU);
end;
end;

And something like this with ClickMouse:

procedure ClickMouse2(x, y, I);
begin
MoveMouse(x, y);
ClickMouse(x, y, I);
end;
Anyway I pretty much gave up with simba..

Your SendKeys2 will only work on specific keyboard layouts. Click/Hold/Release Mouse to my knowledge should not move the mouse. The variables x, y you need to pass therefore are rather pointless.

Perhaps it should move the mouse? I'm not sure.

It should move the mouse if it has x and y parameters..

And I think srl uses similar method in TypeSend but maybe there is a way to spawn the keys without pressing keys. Atleast all marks like ?, /, \ do work in scar.

SRL does indeed use a similar method, but we postponed adding something like this to Simba because it would only work for specific keyboard sets. (default US ones)
Perhaps we could add something like this.

Perhaps the x,y coords should just be stripped from the functions? I think it's weird that calling 'HoldMouse' will also move the mouse.

AFAIK, ClickMouse is just suppose to click the mouse. If the x,y coords aren't used for anything within the ClickMouse function then they don't need to be there.

But it shouldn't move the mouse, that defeats the purpose of 'Click'Mouse.

So srl mouse procedure is just supposed to click the mouse and x and y parameters should be removed :confused: I am really confused.

In scar ClickMouse does move the mouse to x, y.

Yeah, but SRL's mouse procedure is a do-it-all. I think both sides make sense. I mean, there's already holdmouse and releasemouse if you want to do your own clicking. (I really believe those should not take an x, y param); but it may be different for clickmouse. (It should be generally avoided anyway when it comes detection mechanisms.)

I'd like to see some opinions of other members.

They are both good as long as there are no x and y parameters that do nothing.

If I had to vote I would vote for keeping the parameters and moving the mouse too.

There is same bug with ScrollMouse. Scroll mouse is also missing boolean parameter to determine wether you wanna scroll up or down. Currently it only scrolls up.

Oh. Forgot this with the 750 release. Any more input?
