I was thinking, it would be great if member trees and axes were added to the Woodcutting part of MSI.

Teak, Maple, Magic, Ivy, ect…

Dragon Hatchet, Inferno Adze.

Any other trees or hatchets that I didn't list feel free to add.

What do you think?

The reason members thing's aren't already in MSI is that we wanted to get all the F2p development well underway first.

I've been meaning to talk to Coh3n about how he felt about an Ivy Cutter, and I can add Dragon Axe support easy enough.

There are a couple other thing's we need to work out right now, but I see no reason why we can't begin development on MP2P scripts soon enough :)

Although, we may need to borrow account's if people want the scripts done.

Imo, they should be in even though MSI doesn't entirely support it yet. People can still make scripts for MSI, and it would be best if they didn't have to know how to create items and so on

If someone wants to make the object/item records for everything, they can be added in 10 minutes.

The only issue about scripts is most of us don't have a member's account to test with. We could still commit the records, but the scripts would be untested and therefore may not work.

I can offer a members account for MSI if needed, just send me PM, (I'll only give it to people like Coh3n and such who I don't have to worry about stealing it haha)

Also, where is the preferred place to cut and bank magics?

In which case I need to finish the Obstacle Handling. I'd be well on my way if I didn't keep finding so many bugs! :p

Most of my friends and I cut magics south of seer's village. let's see if I can get a screenshot in a second… I'll edit this post with it when I get the chance.

I know exactly where you mean, and would be a nice spot for a script. Wouldn't take much to add this at all.

• Item records for Dragon Hatchet, Infero Daze thingamabobber and Magic logs.
• Object record for Magic trees (teak, mahogany, etc. optional, not sure where you can bank these).
• TScript record for SCRIPT_SV_MAGICS (Seers Village Magics).

I thought it would be easier than the tree gnome village for a script because the trees are all right next to each other, fenced off by a fence. And all it would have to do is walk to the bank. Virtually no walking inbetween trees. Maybe 5 tiles max.

I think I am starting to understand how scripting works. I have been reading through tutorials, and reading through scripts, then I sleep on it, and stuff just "clicks" the next day.

I think I have the minor stuff down now. Maybe some day I can help with MSI. *Chaw right, dream on girl, dream on* X D

If you stick to it, you will. :) I'm in the very slow process of rewriting my AIO guide for Simba. The beginner's section is almost done, so hopefully I can post that soon. :)

I'll have to devote a day next weekend to try and create my own woodcutting script. Skilling seems to get in the way though =P

Yep. It's addicting even if you are using scripts =P

I'm getting my attack level from 67-70 using a fighter so I can wield my bba painted abyssal whip. X D

I have time to add Dragon axe and do a magic cutter tonight if someone would like to lend an account.
