is there something wrong with my IP?

i can get on the site perfectly fine is i use a tunneling service (im using HotSpot Shield ATM) but if i dont and i use my propper IP address then it wont let me get on the site :(

my IP address is: 86.30.130.90

this is aimed at the admins
