So i have $4.35 on a paypal account that isnt linked to any bank accounts or anything, and so i have a spending limit of $0.00 :P is there anyways i can uncap my limit w/o a bank account?

If someone can deposit money into your account then yes.

Also be careful doing minor transactions. Paypal sucked me try with these stupid little charges over time. I don't use them anymore– maybe they changed their policy though… what happened to me occurred many many years ago.
