I am looking for a program that can create a graphic version of a board game (Rum Rebellion), this is a picture of the other game.
All I want is the yellow parts in the game, which is just the board itself. I have tried using Photoshop, but its a bit tedious, if anyone knows a better program for that sort of thing (It needs to be able to create text, and rotate the text) and create color and boxes and such…

Hm, if you want it done fast and you're fine with the result being a tiny bit simple, try Adobe Illustrator?
