What is your general programming knowledge?
I have used SCAR & SRL previously, and have just returned to playing runescape again, I cannot play as much as i did when i was a teenager however, i will be on and contributing, I can program in C++, php, pearl, delphi, python etc. They are all the same really :-P

Please show us one (or multiple) of your scripts.

I don't have any of my old scripts, as they were lost on a computer re--format many years ago, as mentioned I have just returned to all this and would like membership status to get back in there....I am struggling to get this new SMART thing working, it won't even log me in for example!

You need a script to get in to members.

Note: Reported to mods.

Take a trip over to Tutorial Island, and once you have learned to script, and created a script that you think could gain you Members status, re-apply.
