Hoi, welcome back.
I personally never tried RiD, only heard of the name due to the semi-good/semi-fancy flash ads they have around.
In what ways is it more humanlike?

I have heard that the mouse movement is very human-like in RiD.

it is, because it's different for each person :p
they use a webserver/black box to keep every thing hidden, and random
I've been trying the RiD Powerminer lately, and I must say, it's pretty beasty. The mouse looks as though a human is doing it, but the only problem is that it doesn't solve all randoms. I'm not sure what the others are like though, because I don't want to pay, but there is a 4 hour trial so I may give that a shot.
