Player.scar Error

Every time I try to run a script i keep getting this error:
This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing this program may fix this problem.
I have tried to re-install Simba but it still says the same thing. It also opens Player.scar when i get this error? i have no idea what this is from , everything has been updated, so… any ideas will be appreciated.

My only guess is to ask if you tried to move your plugins manually?

^ Nope. He needs MSVCR71.dll. For whatever reason some OSs don't have it (I assume it's a certain torrent that had it missing for some reason but I dunno).

Search for MSVCR71.dll. (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=MSVCR71.dll)
