I last logged on to that account 2 months ago, and only used it to test, the last time I spoke something in rune scape had to of been over 5 months ago.

I did get two day mutes ( separate days ) on my main for advertising a website in early august. (or very late july, don't remember)

=/ Manual Muting sounds really retarted.

Manual mute means Manual. I can only assume this means that either:
A. You advertised the website without an auto-talker - hence manually.
OR
B. You are muted from manual chat. (You can still use quick chat)

Either way, it's permanent. Sorry.

sometimes it takes forever for them to get stuff through. The last bit of times you were chatting, were you breakin rules after your temp mutes?

The two one day mutes was on my main, I haven't broken any rules after that on my main. Never broke any chat rules on this account. So I have no clue.
