If you buy the Neitiznot helmet from the NPC for 50K and drop it and buy a new one, you can make 1M per hour.
It's very risky to have more than 11 helms on the ground at once though. You'll be able to do approx 333 helms an hour. The profit today is 3.5K per helmet.
3,500 * 333 = 1,165,500
A script that does this would be pretty awsome :P

thats shitty that ground items don't work. And yeah I know my real issue was picking up the helms it took me forever to find a workable method to do so that didn't mouse over tons of shit, and mine still moused over a ton of shit haha
