i want something that it fairly hard and can be upgraded to do a lot more.
Also i want something thats not like a miner or woodcutter or combat but still f2p so i really dont know what to make.

you could make a(n) … auto walker? basically walks around for long time and bothers random persons.
you could make a GE watcher - watch prices and report good ones

Well, FoG can be useful. Good for free train skills and can actually make some moneys out of it.. I was just trying to suggest something since you basically nixed the rest.

why not make a Taxi Bot. A Bot thats clearly a bot, and it stops by every city. and people can follow it and it takes them to places lol X]

Yeah, lol it's actually a good idea. Jagex should do this. With Falador -> Varrock and back, etc, etc. People can just follow, no more boring walking. XD(bad things, they would only walk)
Better for the bot: make it say something like: follow me to varrock, then take them to the revenants :D

First a Varrock East Miner, then continue it and add more locations. :)
