You could try? :p I don't think so, though.

Well as of right now SMART crashes when you try to run 2 scripts using SMART in one Simba (tabbed).

I'm thinking of a modulated do-everything script that could run multiple characters at once, seperate functions for each character (one alching, one mining, etc), seperate smarts..basically a central script to handle all autoing at the one time, easily (groundwork for a nice GUI perhaps). Although I guess handling the mouse etc would be troublesome without some sort of threading or something?

Without threads I don't think it would run efficiently. It doesn't support multi-threading as is (excluding ttimers), so I think the effort would be in vain sadly. However if you could maybe run multiple scripts via tab menu then it might be possible, but again it would be another script and I don't know of any interSimba messaging system if you wanted to communicate with each other script.

I think that this is a great idea, if we had threads…

Could be done if you had another 3rd party program coordinating it.

Why you want to run it in one script? I think it would be much better to start two scripts that both run a SMART, and communicate with each other using sockets or similar.
I honestly don't see where multiple threads per script come in.
Why do you want to use one script with multiple threads, if you can simply start another script that has its own thread? Multithreading is much harder and should generally not be used unless you need it for specific implementations or performance.
