SRL Archive - FAQ

I'm attempting to come back to scriping and i'm still stuck on the SCAR era and have no idea how to get SIMBA ready for running my old scar scripts. I've downloaded SIMBA but looks like the includes aren't downloaded , so where can i get the includes and

  {$DEFINE SMART}
{$i srl\srl.scar}
{$i reflection\reflection.simba}  

is that how i call out the includes? ^

please try to help me here lol i always give up like i did when smart wasn't working for me with scar, that's why i just totally became inactive :(

In simba go to view > extensions > enable srl.sex and you will have SRL and plugins automatically updated.

And your including is correct.

but than when i try to run my script i encounter this error:
Exception in Script: Unable to find file 'SRL/SRL/misc/Smart.scar

  .Include SRL\SRL\Reflection\Reflection.Scar' used from ''

You may have reflection in the wrong place. It should be in Includes/reflection.

I think you need the Simba reflection, not the old reflection.

and okay so seems like

SRLPlayerForm(True, [], [], [], []);

isn't compatible for simba , what's the replacement?

It's like that for a long time(it's not working). But it's not simba's/scar's fault afaik.

^ SRLPlayerForm isn't in Simba. (He's asking for the equivalent of SRLPlayerForm in Simba.)

SRLPlayerForm has been down / broken for a looong time. It doesn't work for neither Scar or Simba

Yeah, you'd have to make your own… DeclarePlayers; should work just fine too :p
