it is like a 3d sound effect for the speakers, and i dont have this effect when i use my usb headphones. i cant find any sound programs that set these effects and google has proven worthless in figuring this out -.-

EDIT: its been a while and i decided to click the configure button when u go to sound properties and go through wizard allwthe way this time. it reset something and the echo effect is gone… lmao. google doesnt always work :[
