Hello SRL, I have come with bad news. About a month ago I asked Camaro` to sell an account for me in the black market section for a RuneScape pin. Everything went smooth in the trade, and we both went our separate ways.

Now background on the account.

My friend started the account out and botted it to about level 80 (I don't remember exactly) and he quit, and gave me the account. This was also a year ago. So I started playing legit and then I decided to stop playing on the account as I got bored. So, the account was idled for about 7 months.

The account was then sold to zyt3x (Camaro` doing the deal (But me giving him FULL permission to sell the account)), and then today, my friend texted me (he is not registered on the forums.) saying that he recovered the account because he wanted to play it again. I texted him back trying to explain the situation, but he really didn't care, because it was "his account originally". I was in the car at the time (and this happened about two hours ago now, so I was not able to access the computer to inform anyone about this.)

I just want to say, I will take full responsibility for what happened, and I am truly, truly sorry about this. I am trying to recover an older account (higher stats) to compensate for the loss, while I am trying to convince my friend to stay away from the account. Zyt3x was given all the information of the account, so he is more than able to recover it. The only problem is that my friend will (I know this from personal exp.) try to recover the account back.

I'll start digging up my old accounts , see if I have any worth a pin.

The Moral of the Story: When buying accounts, change the recovery questions.

Should be in black market section? :p It's not like anyone besides Zyt3x need to know about this, really, anyway.

Public apologies work better. He's told us himself so Zyt3x, should he try, would have less chance of twisting the story.

I PM'ed an admin not too long ago. I have no idea why I cannot access BM. It doesn't really matter to me, I just needed to use it one time.

Do you have access now?

This is why it's not smart to do business with accounts. I usually don't add email or recovery questions to my accounts and I've always been able to recover them if needed. Date of creation, isp used when the account was created and sending the appeal from the same ip. or even the same isp that the account was created with = 99% success rate. From my experience recovery questions just make it more difficult to recover the account as I usually forget them…

Wouldn't matter if he knew older answers though, because they'd take precedence.
