Simba doesn't save files right

So I have been debugging my KARAMJA script for a few hours now, and I sent Zeph the current project in pastebin, the link is:

http://pastebin.com/zqXe8nkN

But when I restarted Simba (After saving, no message was given telling me that it wasn't saved) the script that showed up was:

http://pastebin.com/VfDuqjzE

The difference is visible in the amount of lines, the version I sent zeph (Only one player declared) has almost 1200 lines, and the version that was saved has 1100 with 3 players declared.

Does simba not overwrite files properly? I'm going to be saving new versions of my files from now until I know this is fixed, I don't want to lose a weeks worth of work because of this..

Do you have enough rights to save files? Because this really should work, as I've never encountered any problems regarding saving..

Well I've never encountered any problems before, it just started acting up this week..

I'm thinking it wont overwrite the file if I make changes while it is running, that seems to be the only time that it will tell me that it saved, but it doesn't overwrite it.

Few Q's:

Where do you save your files in?
Where do you have Simba installed to?
What Windows are you running? If not XP, do you run Simba as Admin?

Files are saved in /scripts
It's installed in the C drive, the default location (C/ProgramFiles/Simba)
Not running as an admin, but the permissions are set to allow anyone to save/edit/alter any files inside the simba folder.

/scripts being Simba/Scripts?
Default location for Simba is in fact C:\Simba
Again, what windows version?

Are you sure Windows applied the permissions correctly? I've never heard about this problem and my first guess would be that Window does not enforce the permissions correctly. Perhaps the CMD box may print more information.

Oh, well I guess I didn't install in the default location, I had it installed from before when you had to subversion it from the site and put it in the folder manually.

I'm running Vista, and have not had problems with SCAR or Simba before this week. I'm going to hazard a guess though, I mentioned before, that it only happens if I make a change when it is running and save while it's running.

I'm pretty sure they're set correctly. I right click the folder, go to security, and then set the permissions so that every option has full access.

You could see if it changes if you move the Simba folder to C:\, or install Simba to C:\. (Somehow you don't need admin perms to write to the root of C:\, lol)

I'll try that, and I've been saving my files to .simba files in notepad the last week now, which isn't convenient but I know it works.
