When I start any script with smart in it smart will load but doesn't log in or do anything. The script is still running and everything. Any Ideas?

Disable SMART after starting it and go to graphics options. In there set screen sizing to "Fixed," and then restart SMART. See if that works. If it doesn't, the only other thing I could think of would be not filling in your player info in DeclarePlayers.
Edit: To get to graphics options you will have to log in to at least the lobby and then click "options" in the upper right corner. Also, set manual setup to "Min."

Its already at those settings and I filled out the DeclarePlayers.

^ You might have it set to "software" instead of "safe mode."

Log in regular and make sure your screen settings are set to fixed size/no animation/low detail. Its something I've noticed that effects the way smart works.

I have windows 7 x64 if that helps and none of that fixed it. I have tried simba and it worked with other simba scripts but not my own. When I try it in scar no script works and I have tried multiple ones. Also it doesn't work without smart either. Just doesn't sign in. Anyone Help?
