Easy and fast meals!

What's your easy, fast and cheap meal?
I know many here are much younger than me and most live with their parents who cook their food, but when there's only the light in the fridge and you must come up with something fast and easy, what do you eat?
Noodles are a lifesaver :) They don't go bad after months and come in different flavours. Cooking takes 5 minutes in the microwave. If you only have one small bag, toss in a chopped sausage or microwave-meatballs.
Also I just figured out how delicious fried wok-vegetables are! Can also put some chicken with them too, but veggies themselves are actually quite good. Lots of butter and salt when frying them. :)
Tell me your easy fast dishes!
I know this thread is going to die tomorrow at least, but wanted to give it a try.

eggs :3
I have a ghetto little corner store down the road from my house that sells reaalllly cheap chicken and potato wedges, That place is a savior.
Otherwise, as you already know, Pasta! You can generally buy the ingredients for some good pasta right at a dollar store.
Bacon sandwich. Takes longer in the oven than fried, but much nicer IMO.

Noddles of some sort… I like ramen, but I only use half the flavor packets; I don't like the excess salty flavor/feel. I also like to take make alfredo or something similar (that can be done in 15 minutes).
One of my favorite things to do with mac and cheese is this:
- take two boxes
- cook one
- use 1.2-1.4 times the called for liquid (with 2x the called for milk)
- use both packets of cheese
- add some type of meat to it (eg. hot dog, ham, bacon, et cetera)
- eat it up
- use the other box to make macaroni salad for later or next day.
= macaroni salad = the other box of macaroni, mayo, sliced: celery, carrots, cheese, little garlic, and whatever you want in it.

KD :)
I can eat two boxes to myself. They sell packs of KD that are "Family Sized" that contain two boxes worth and they are only $1.50 or something, which makes it very affordable. And it's ready in 10 minutes on the oven. Perfect meal

Never tasted, but vegemite doesn't really sound good :C
Made of beer yeast leftovers, has 8% salt. Lol, gotta try to find it somewhere and taste it, can't believe what the kangaroopeople put in their mouths.

Well, it's not really a meal, but the best snack mix I have ever had and am dying for right now is Pub Mix.

Leftovers sandwich. Works with any kind of bread, any kind of leftovers. Spices help.
One of my favorites is the rice and red pepper sandwich.

yeah, I buy cheap walmart brand blocks of cheese (like colby jack and cheddar etc.) and cut them up into cubes :p
yummy, not too much, since cheese will constipate you…but you can counteract that with dried fruit! not too much though….or your next poop will be really easy. and smelly.

HOTDOGS!
edit: and if you make tacos, you can throw left over taco meat on the hotdog and its good, or spaghetti sauce, and it's good, or buy a cheap can of chili, and it's good.

For a while during the summer of 2009, when I was bowyering 9 hours a day my friend and I made sandwiches like these almost every day… Takes about 5-10 minutes. Basically bread toasted in pan, bacon, ham slices, cheese, a little butter or mayo on bread, and anything else we wanted.

Oh come on, it couldn't have been too healthy, but it was sure darn tastey. It made 8 hours of manual labor worth it to come in and have that for 25min lunch break.
