If you're in the US, I dont think any one does this without an contract. You could always tether your phone?

I do not think there's an Air Card that has absolutely no contacts–though I have never used an Air Card. I know how they work though regarding contracts and payment plans would depend on the company you are buying it from. Try looking at AT&T's Air Cards, they have some that are fairly cheap.

Lol yeah dude make sure it is not a super old post, this was a long time ago and I did find and air card form virgin mobile that has a no contract agreement. Thanks.
