Is there a way for scar to search through a HDD for a certain file. Just want to know.

yes, but it would take forever to run, and to set up.

what do you need it for?

I want to check to see if they have the old versions of my script and the old version doesnt have the version checker.

oo. then you probly just want to search the scar folder for that, also put up a disclaimer, and an option if the person wants to do that. :p

What's wrong with Start > Search > *Name* ?

I'm not the one using the computer… My friends are… And this is a script that I don't want them to be able to even use the old version remotely at all.
