I would like to add a form to my karamja fisher. however, its a simba script, and I don't actually have scar. Is there a way to create a form for a script without having to download Scar?

you don't have to use a form editor seeing as the form editor really only gives you basic object creation code that is excessive anyway. (at least in SCAR)

Just write it manually, as Dan Cardin said.
I very rarely used the editor. I actually used to use Paint, then code it out from that.
The object editor kinda stinks :p
