Sup, guys, glad to be back. Not sure if anyone here even remembers me, are there a lot of 'oldies' left?

Decided to browse through today/yesterday, got a lot of old memories back. I'll have quite a lot more time on my hands now that I finished my final exam; would anybody be so kind as to fill me out on what's been happening, the current status – both SRL and RS-wise – and the general situation around here? What needs to be done, what projects are currently active, Simba, et cetera.

Since last time I was properly active around here, I've learned a tiny bit of assembly when programming microcontrollers at school, and I've also gotten quite familiar with SQL databases, and can be allright with PHP (and HTML, ofc.) Not sure if my newly learned skills could be useful, but I'm anyway hoping to get to start contributing again. I sorta miss the old times.

Dunno how much you've missed really - was there free trading when you left? I remember you left just after I got dev, a couple of weeks after you. Anyway the focus of autoing is now primarily on mains (generally rich pures with a couple of skills like thieving and herblore) rather than armies, as you can't trade items to one account anymore. This has been done with great success ;) Check out the sudoku script in free for all, and check out some of Fawki's recent scripts. And Jagex seem to be temp-banning members again, so if you feel like autoing/scripting, you can have some fun. :)

@Claw; When you got dev? Really? Nonono, that's .. I can't remember it being that long ago. But, tru dat, I just slowly dropped in activity, and school became (more of a) hell, so my focus shifted on school, and I used what spare time I had to game and be with people. I stuck around, however, quite much longer after that damn trade limit had been set in effect, if that says anything.


I forgot to mention that I'm loving how Simba has turned out to become, even though the Lazarus syntax colors aren't easy on the eyes; should you maybe default the SCAR syntax colors as a default? .. or is that a bit too much in the "hush-hush"-zone? :p Either way a very minor thing.
If there's anything I could do to help progress in any way, please let me know. (I'm almost stressing a bit about this, I really want to be a productive member again. >__<) I'll head over to the requests section asap nevertheless.

Aww, I was actually trying to make it sound like I actually did know one had the possibility to pick. :p
But, yes – I do know it's changeable; I was just stating that I think SCAR's syntax should be defaulted, it might help 'ease' the transition for some i.ex. leechers, to mention a large usergroup.

Transition probably won't be hard at all for most people.
