SRL Archive - Banned from RS

Yes, some days ago I got banned, what a pity. The weird thing is, it is only for 13 days.

So here is what happened: I've been smelting ore with Narcles AK smelter for pretty long, until i got a few mills. Then, I created my own superheater, which had not run for a very long time. While i was developing the script, i got randoms etc, but it all went well. Now banned, 13 days. Why not for eternity?

Reason: Macroing, Evidence: not shown. Usual story.

Any other people experience with the 13 days ban? I thought Jagex had a zero tolerance policy?

Yeah, JaGeX did an update again.. Now they handle out 14 day bans :P

So I can auto without worry about perm bans on my f2p? WOOHOO!

Zyt3x, I still see no reason to use unsigned.. I've never autoed unsigned, never got banned. :/

Yeah, no reason for unsiged IMO either, I rarely/never see any 'linked account' bans.

Hehe epic, my pure bot account seems to have received the ban just after the update.

What I don't understand:

Warning

You have recently committed a ban offence under the Macroing rule. If you commit the offence again you will be banned for an extra 13 days, for a total of 21 days.

Anyone explain? :P

At the appeal thing there is:

Offence Rule: Macroing
Offence Type: Macroing Minor

So Macroing Major (idk if that exists) would still be a permanent ban?
