Find a web proxy in a country where Spotify is freely available, like in France or England. http://Hiload.org or http://unlocker.biz for example. This makes it appear that you are browsing the web from France or England depending on which you use.
#
Step 2

Copy this URL: https://www.spotify.com/en/get-started/ into the address field on the page you just entered and press the button.
#
Step 3

Enter a username and password that you'll use later to log in from the Spotify application. Depending on which web proxy you used the Country drop down box will populate the country. You'll need to find a Postal code from that country to register your account. Google is your friend. 75008 is in Paris, France. SW1A 2AA is for 10 Downing Street in London.
#
Step 4

Once done you should now be taken to the download site. If not go to this URL http://www.spotify.com/en/download/windows/ for Windows PCs(no longer necessary to use the web proxy). Or to http://www.spotify.com/en/download/mac/ if you have a Mac. The windows version installs nicely in Wine for Linux users, just make sure you have the latest Wine version.
#
Step 5

Once installed enter the username and password from above and start listening.

Check link for better formatting & Extra info.

You'll still need an invite.

Will only work for 2 weeks outside the countries they allow. Then, login with a UK proxy on their site to renew account access.

You can use a proxy with the program itself as well. I have it configured to use TOR and I just connect through a French or English node (node? I don't know if this is the right word) whenever it yells at me about travelling.
