Hey i am planning on making new script.
I have made some scar scripts before, they worked out very good.
I also made some refletion scripts. The downside was that reflection was/is broken alot.

I want to know how i should make my new script with OR withouth reflection.

And what is this thing called simba? I guess is is something like scar?

Well reflection is done in SIMBA. It's not really it's own THING, but it's a list of includes like SRL is a list of includes. As for which program you should use, use simba. It's going to be the standard in the next SRL version anyway. And it's kept by the SRL staff.

If you want to use reflection, go for it. It's still in progress though, so it's not TOTALLY stable.

I used reflection before, like 1 year ago.
Is it somehow still the same?

It is very similar to what it used to be, however due to a lack of hooks, we don't have EVERYTHING that was there before. Just look through the new reflection SVN and see whats there. :) And if you have questions, hop over to the reflection forum section.

I would still recommend learning to use color scripting really well so you can gain that knowlege and learn to solve through problems, etc. But reflection is fun :)

There was an agility script request, maybe try that with color?

If not, some fighters are needed, maybe goblin smasher for a starter? :)

Agility script would be super easy with reflection :)

I dont have members.

But i made agility scripts before.
I made one for Ape atoll course. Was pretty simple indeed.
But i was just wondering if much have changed.
I will use reflection.

Just a tip, if you are going to use reflection, try to have failsafes in case reflection is broken. That way if reflection is down, the script will still work.

Depending on the script you make, you can easily do everything in colour. I would write everything in colour, except the walking. Write both reflection and colour walking, then have the option to use the colour if reflection is broken.

Or you can do it all in reflection. Makes life easier. :p
