Just saw on the news "and we'll be back for more, as iPad fever hits Melbourne!!" and then a video of a guy using an iPad at a train station or some shit. Didnt stick around to watch the story…biggest waste of money around. Funny to see the noobs getting sucked in by shiny things and marketing though lol

Even though I think the iPad is cool, I don't think it is really worth it unless you HAD the money to waste. All the iPad is is an oversized iPhone with better resolution, and possibly a better touch screen. I would LOVE to have one, but I'm not going to spend the money on one.

Well ipad owners don't need to worry about videos showing the bad sides of the ipad because they can't exactly watch them on the ipad… :)
ps. on a side note it's been announced that apple is now richer than microsoft.
What a honor it would be to be the first person in Australia to buy an iPad. I think it'd be awesome if one salesperson sold an iPad to another before they let that guy in, so his dream of becoming a great historical figure would be shattered.

iPad is fail, i saw a guy on tv get the first iPad in our city. Biggest bs i've ever heard, oversize ipod touch. By the way, that picture really make the iPad look bad.:p
